Summer was quite busy as always, positively. This August I am happy to be reading two magazines with some of my work published and I am excited to share them with you.
First I was very happy to be selected as one of the ten finalist of this year´s call for Abstract and Experimental Art by the International Artist Magazine. It is great to be able to share a little about my work process and the idea behind a drawing. This is a very detailed and rich magazine and it makes me really happy to have been selected. Although my work is usually the size that does not fit well into anything smaller, the print still looks amazing and the general idea is there.
For anyone not knowing this magazine, it was voted Best Art magazine in the World by artists and you should really take a look why. I guarantee you will find plenty of interesting articles in there!
Here vol.110, where my artwork "RED:waR lovE blooD" was published in the August/September issue:
The second magazine I am excited about is ArtAscent Art and Literature Journal - "Patterns" issue. This wonderful indie art magazine has published some of my Grids & Bricks collection before and has now published two of my works from the Patterned-Pictures collection of drawings. They do a lot of work with their thematic issues, keeping it very interesting with Art and Literature, coming together perfectly with great image quality and a broad variety of creative people. I am very happy to be with them again. Also, I don´t know how they do it, but take a look, they too are also available on the internet, if you don´t like shipping:

There you go, summer turned out pretty great. Happy reading!
